In the first frame we see one of our local slum lord’s empty buildings, it has a sign with his name on it, Terry Emmert. The sign reads RENT EMMERT. The next frame is a brick smashing through a plate window. The next frame is that of the previous building, but with plywood covering the windows after being smashed in. Then we see an arm with a crowbar prying open the door. The next frame is inside the building full of campers and heaters, resting from the cold outside. In the final frame the sign outside on the building has been changed to read FREE SHELTER.
